I'm doing some experimentation with the thought of revamping the Corware website.  No small undertaking, this would be a complete overhaul of the site using ASP.NET.  The site is currently classic ASP, and though it looks and works okay, admittedly it is a bit out of date and definitely difficult to modify.

I posted an ASP.NET test area and discovered that my web service provider has the site running on a box with the .NET Framework 1.1.  That won't do so I called them and they're supposed to be moving the site over to a server with .NET Framework 2.0.  That was yesterday afternoon and they said they would call when the switchover was complete.  They haven't called yet, and the change hasn't been made either.

In the meantime, my experimentation with ASP.NET account management continues with pretty good success.  So far it's very encouraging and it's simply a matter of getting all the pieces in place to see if the makeover is going to be feasible.
